POTTERY WORKSHOP: MAKE SOME MUGS (OR BOWLS)

Everyone loves to enjoy their beverages & meals in handmade mugs & bowls. In this class, students make a set of mugs (or bowls) on the wheel, sculpt unique handles for their mugs, and paint the finished forms. Design your own pottery theme, such as: animals, flowers, words of inspiration. Make them tall or wide, ornate or simple. Step into the rhythm of making your own ceramics and see your ideas come to life; the sky is the limit. Class limited to four participants for plenty of personal instruction and time on the wheel.
Wednesday, August 31, 2016 • 10am-4pm with a break for lunch. Cost: $150 (includes clay, use of tools and equipment, glazing and firing of finished pieces)
