Book Launch and Signing

Nimbus Publishing and the New Brunswick Museum host a launch for Mark Blagrave’s new novel Lay Figures at the NBM Exhibition Centre in Market Square on Thursday 15 October at 5:30. Lay Figures is Blagrave’s second novel to be set in Saint John, joining Silver Salts (2008), which was shortlisted for the Commonwealth First Novel Award (Canada and Caribbean). Introductory remarks on the Saint John arts scene by the museum’s Peter Laroque will be followed by a reading and signing. Places are limited and must be reserved by calling the NBM-MNB at 643-2300.
