Three artists speak to our sense of place.

November 19 – December 3

Buckland Merrifield is pleased to bring you three exhibitions in one. Our November exhibition, which will open on the 18th, will feature three of our artists.

Lynn Wigginton continues to be fascinated with the complex interconnections we have with both our natural and our created landscape. Her paintings document our remarkable heritage architecture and also depict the natural landscape within our community.

Jeneca Klausen will present another series of her sophisticated designs in silver, which are inspired by the natural world that surrounds us, particularly the coastal environment with its powerful and pervasive presence at the edge of our city.

Raymond Martin challenges our notion of separation between city and country with this new series of paintings. Martin’s work owes much to his love of drawing with paint, leading us back through the eyes of a child, opening us once again to that marvelous sense of wonder where the commonplace and the unusual come together.
