Join Sue in learning about Eden Energy Medicine.
In this information session we will watch a video presentation of Donna Eden’s basic principles and techniques. You will have an opportunity to learn her 10 minute daily energy routine and more. This is a short series of energy exercises that balance your energies and reduce stress. Your body will be happy! Balanced energies can help create balanced bodies. Wear comfortable clothing.
