The Endless Battle: Author Talk at the New Brunswick Museum

Join Andy Flanagan at the New Brunswick Museum – Musée du Nouveau-Brunswick for the Saint John launch of his book, THE ENDLESS BATTLE. Andy will deliver a short talk about Canadian participation in the defence of Hong Kong during the Second World War, followed by a book signing.

The Endless Battle might be one of the last untold war stories from the Second World War. Every Canadian should read this book to understand the cost of freedom.
The book follows a group of Canadian soldiers from enlistment through the Battle of Hong Kong and their long internment as POWs in Imperial Japan. The title says it all: they fought bravely during the battle and continued the fight as POWs. Upon their return home, the battle continued for many of them until their death.
This event is free and open to the public. All are welcome to attend.
