Plein Air Painting with Theresa Mcknight

Join artist Theresa Mcknight for a weekend oil painting workshop in Sussex, NB, July 22-23. Instruction will take place on Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, both inside and outside (weather permitting). Participants should have some experience with painting, but not necessarily with oils.
Theresa, a native of Saint John, now lives in Saint Andrews-by-the-Sea, where she is a teacher and regular workshop leader at Sunbury Shores. An alumni of Mount Allison University and Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, Theresa’s practice tends to be driven by the seasons, and usually a series. Her winter work (indoors) is predominantly in encaustics, while she prefers to work plein air in oils during warmer months.
