First annual Loyalist Concert in Stone Church

The Saint John Early Music Festival presents the first annual Loyalist Concert in Stone Church on Wednesday, May 17 from 12:15 to 1 pm. to mark the anniversary of the incorporation of the City of Saint John on May 18, 1785. Ensemble 18c., playing on period instruments, will perform a program of works by J.C. Bach, Carl Friederich Abel, Joseph Haydn and Frantisek Koczwara, composers whose works were published in London and performed in the major centres of colonial America in the late 18^th century.
