EEM-CP Oct 3 – Nov. 21, Monday am, 8 wks, 11 to 12 :30 Preregister, limited spaces available. Cost will be by donation. We will get together to learn more from Donna’s 2 books. We will be guided somewhat with the participants and their areas of interest. Over the 8 weeks we will watch videos, learn how to self test, learn excercises on ways to help with pain, sleeping better, stress reduction, hormone balancing, activating more joy and more.
