Thursday, November 2, “Choice Cuts,”open Mic Readings at AX, Arts and Culture Centre of Sussex, 12 Maple Ave. These take place the 1st Thursday of every month. Come share a 5-minute reading of something you’ve written yourself, or just come listen to other readers. A warm, friendly atmosphere, in the AX gallery, with Knocks Café serving wine, beer, and food. Free admission, different host each month. November’s host is author Gerard Collins.
