‘A Singular Event’ is an evening of visual art, dance, poetry and conversation exploring the exhibition Suzanne Hill: Singular.
The Atlantic Ballet Theatre of Canada and Governor General Award-winning poet Anne Compton will present interpretations on the new exhibition of artwork created by Hill. Following the performance, Julie Scriver of Goose Lane Productions will lead a conversation with the artist, Suzanne Hill; the poet, Anne Compton; the choreographer, Igor Dobrovolskiy, Artistic Director of the Atlantic Ballet Theatre and the curator, Peter Larocque, of the New Brunswick Museum. This will be a unique opportunity to experience art, and discover its sources of inspiration, through performance and discussion.

« Un événement singulier » est une soirée d’arts visuels, de danse, de poésie et de conversation qui tourne autour de l’œuvre de Suzanne Hill : « Singulier ».
Le Ballet-théâtre atlantique du Canada et la poète lauréate du prix du gouverneur général, Anne Compton, présenteront leur interprétation des œuvres de la nouvelle exposition de Hill. Après la performance artistique, Julie Scriver de Goose Lane Productions animera une discussion avec l’artiste; la poète Anne Compton, le chorégraphe Igor Dobrovolskiy (directeur artistique du Ballet-théâtre atlantique) et le conservateur du Musée du N.-B., Peter Larocque. C’est l’occasion de vivre une expérience artistique et découvrir où on puise l’inspiration grâce à la performance et à la discussion.
