Tilt at Black Box Theatre 🐓
January 16 @ 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
TILT is a new hybrid theatre/improv show created by Solo Chicken Productions! In TILT, a couple’s rocky domestic life takes a sudden turn when a shocking secret comes to light. What secret? You decide! Each performance is different as a prompt from the audience sends the story – and performers – into an improvised tailspin! What follows is a totally improvised continuation of the story, complete with movement sequences, flashbacks and new characters, concluding with the couple’s ultimate decision; Have their relationship torn apart or stick it out despite it all?
TILT is a wild ride for both the audience and the performers!
TILT is an exciting fusion of forms — improv and physical theatres — that have existed independently under the Solo Chicken umbrella until now! TILT is an experimental show that is intended to be a small-scale but high-polish performance perfect for festivals and touring!
In partnership with St. Thomas University’s Black Box Productions, Solo Chicken is bringing their award-winning show TILT to Fredericton stages for the first time!
This is a one-night-only performance and open to all audiences!
