Lil Glooscap and the Legend of Turtle Island 🐢

Tara Audibert and Miramichi-based Moxy Fox Studio‘s animated series Lil Glooscap is premiering May 7 & 8 on APTN.

Premiering in French on APTN Saturday May 7^th, 2022

Premiering in English & Mali on APTN Sunday May 8^th, 2022

This animated series depicts Glooscap during his childhood where he, his mischievous twin brother and other future heroes go on exciting adventures guided by Meme Muwin. Together they solve problems and learn important lessons along the way!

NB Filmmakers’ Co-operative member Tara Audibert was the first female Indigenous show runner and director for an animated series. Tara created, wrote, directed, and produced all episodes.

Miramichi NB Film Co-op member Terry Gadsden wrote the music and did the sound design. Terry’s daughters Ivory and Nelle, each voiced 2 characters, in English and in French. The amazing Natalie Sappier did a great job as one of the voices.
