Introduction to the Pottery Wheel

In this fun-filled five-day course, Juliette will show students how to make functional dishes using a potter’s wheel. The course is designed for those who do not have any experience but have always wanted to try making pottery! So lets have some fun with clay! She will also show you how to finish the pieces and glaze them so you can bring them home for personal use, or give them to family & friends as gifts. Please note that due to the nature of clay and its drying process, the course will be 4.5 days and then another .5 day for glazing at a later date determined by what is feasible for each student.
