Canada C3 Visits Cape Jourimain

On June 28, 2017, the Canada C3 Expedition will stop in New Brunswick at the Cape Jourimain Nature Centre located at the New Brunswick terminus of the Confederation Bridge within the Cape Jourimain National Wildlife Area.
Canada C3 is a Signature Project for Canada’s 150th Anniversary of Confederation in 2017. It is an epic 150-day sailing journey from Toronto to Victoria via the Northwest Passage that will have a cross section of Canadians onboard including students, indigenous leaders, scientist and artists that set sail on June 1st.
Canada C3, the Cape Jourimain Nature Centre and the Canadian Wildlife Service invite the public to join them at Cape Jourimain on June 28 to tour the National Wildlife Area, meet the expedition members, visit Cape Jourimain‘s Nature Centre and see Mount Allison University student’s art show, For The Birds,  celebrating 100 years of bird conservation. Have a meal at the excellent  Iceboat Landing Restaurant.  After 7 pm meet the Canada C3 Expedition members, Cape Jourimainrepresentatives and visiting dignitaries.
