Come immerse yourself in the scenic backdrop of one of New Brunswick’s most stunning natural habitats, while enjoying the astounding beauty of the award-winning Atlantic Ballet and savouring incredible local food pairings by Chef Emmanuel Charretier.

The menu for Ballet by the Ocean is created with local seasonal ingredients by our two Chefs and features authentic flavours of New Brunswick. Ingredients are gathered from our seashores, farms, woods, and local markets. In addition to our Chefs own foraging of the land we are proud to work with over seventeen local producers.
