Cuban printmakers Danisbel Abad Lopez and Mauricio Reyes Aranda, who participated in our CUBA: Contemporary Prints exhibition, are now Artists in Residence at Sunbury Shores Arts & Nature Centre for the month of September through the start of October. This Artist in Residence is made possible through a partnership with the Windsor House of St. Andrews. We are very excited to have Danisbel and Mauricio working in our printmaking studio, and stay tuned for information on a a public show & tell event to celebrate their work here. If you are interested in seeing their artwork, the CUBA: Contemporary Prints exhibition will open Saturday, September 22 at Andrew & Laura McCain Art Gallery in Florenceville, 2-4pm. 

Windsor House of St. Andrews is a beautiful, meticulously renovated historic home in the heart of St. Andrews by-the-Sea. This former sea captain’s home, circa 1798, is the only 18th Century inn in New Brunswick. With great character, spacious, unique rooms, and wonderful, friendly hosts, Sunbury Shores is proud to partner with Windsor House to present a new Artist in Residence program for 2018-19.
