In two 45-minutes acts, the show narrates the rags-to-riches story of the Parisian singer’s career through her unforgettable songs, complemented by a visual tapestry of previously unreleased photographs and images of famous Parisian locations of the Edith Piaf era.

These two Nobel Prize winning physicists had revolutionized atomic physics in the 1920’s with their work together on quantum mechanics and the uncertainly principle. But now the two men were on opposite sides in a world war.

Take fun seriously! In this workshop Tara will facilitate playful, mixed media exploration to create imaginative artworks. With a variety of textures, colours and media to choose from, students will learn to relax and have fun with their work while also getting to know themselves better in the process. This is beginner to intermediate level for teens (13-17).

This year, vocalist Rebecca Dobbelsteyn will be joining the band to perform some of your favourite seasonal cuts. It usually gets pretty full, so come early to claim your seat.
Lily Morrow teaches painting with acrylics through weekly exercises that explore a variety of techniques such as mixed media, painting with squeegees, and brushwork. Topics like ‘the polka dot pop art pumpkin’ to ‘the 4-season tree’ will make learning how to paint fun and exciting.

This concert features our very own Yeva Sibiryakova, first prize recipient in the Developing Artist stream in the 2022 National Music Festival on horn, performing the second movement of Richard Strauss’ first horn concerto!
