Symphony New Brunswick: Meditations 🎼

Symphony New Brunswick is the province’s professional orchestra. Meditations is the final performance of their Bravo series.

It begins its run at Fredericton Playhouse on May 16 and features Peteris Vasks’ Epifania and an arrangement of Mahler’s Symphony no. 4. There will be 2 other performances:

May 17 at Théâtre Capitol Theatre (Moncton), and May 19 at Imperial Theatre (Saint John), sponsored by RBCDS/Gribbons Advisory Group

Join us as some of North America’s top street painters gather at Downtown Place to undertake giant, 2D & 3D chalk paintings over three days. They will be joined by other New Brunswick artists celebrating our inaugural theme, the History of Rock & Roll.

In addition to our painting zone, our festival has a Kid’s Chalk Zone running throughout the weekend with free chalk.  We also present a music stage with great local entertainment from 11am daily – it all adds up for three days of super outdoor fun in downtown Moncton with master class chalk painters.
