| Despite the delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Canada Council for the Arts is happy to finally reveal the 2020 finalists for the Governor General’s Literary Awards (GGBooks). Discover the 70 finalists that were selected by our peer assessment committees across seven categories each for French- and English-language books at ggbooks.ca. It’s a great time to update your reading list with our best books. Stay tuned! The winners will be revealed on June 1. As for the 2021 finalists and winners, they will be announced this fall.
