The Aberdeen Cultural Centre invites artists residing in New Brunswick to submit a visual art exhibition project and thus have the chance to be part of the next program of the Françoise-Chamard-Cadieux (FCC) Art Gallery.
Three projects will be selected by a committee of peers, made up of professional artists, ensuring a diversified program.
The exhibition periods are as follows:
- July 5 to October 1, 2024
- November 8, 2024 to January 31, 2025
- April 4 to June 25, 2023
* Slot reserved for a contemporary photography exhibition
The exhibitions are for 12 weeks, and artists’ fees comply with the CARFAC tariffs in force.
In April 2025, the brand-new photography festival Photo E·a·st will take place at the Aberdeen Cultural Centre and in the Greater Moncton area. The Françoise-Chamard-Cadieux Art Gallery is joining the festival by offering its April to June slot for a contemporary photography exhibition. Photo East is a photography festival dedicated to presenting the work of contemporary photographers in the context of the unique geographical and cultural segment of so-called Canada, that is, the East Coast.
