Here is your chance to create your own, unique door number using glass mosaic!
During this two-day workshop, you will start by designing your door number, in the size of your choosing. Your instructor will provide the weatherproof base. Next, choose from the wide variety of mosaic materials available in class. Your instructor will be teaching two mosaic application techniques.
By the end of day 2, you will have a door number that will be the envy of your neighbourhood!
Materials:Â $25 paid to the instructor on the first day of the course. All tools, adhesives, grouts (if needed), glass, gloves, and initial substrate or base will be provided. You provide the substrate(s) for your next projects: a sphere, tabletop, mirror, stepping stone, precut plywood base, or garden pot. You are encouraged to bring your own artifacts (glass, old jewelry, stone, tile) if desired. Consultation with the instructor prior to the start is encouraged.
