Cross-Cultural Residency Open House

The artists in residence at the Saint John Arts Centre are hosting a (socially distanced) open house! Join David Champagne, Francine Francis, and Dan Smeby for an informal drop-in visit to see what they’ve been creating and chat about their work on July 24 from 2 to 4 pm. SJAC staff will be on hand to direct folks to the upstairs galleries in small groups – don’t forget your mask, or we have complimentary disposable ones on hand if you need one!

This residency is a collaboration between the Association Acadienne des Artistes Professionnel.le.s du Nouveau-Brunswick, ArtsLink NB and Mawi’art: The Wabanaki Artist Collective who have teamed up again this year to support a cross-cultural residency between an Acadian artist, an Anglophone artist, and an Indigenous artist.
