The Collection

The Wandelweiser Composers Ensemble is a worldwide collective of experimental composers interested in new music with a slow, sparse and spare aesthetic. Wandelweiser members André Cormier (Moncton) and Michael Pisaro (Los Angeles) are featured in this project. Nadia Francavilla premieres a new 60-minute multimedia piece from Cormier, then is joined by several guest musicians from the Fredericton community to perform Pisaro’s minimalist work The Collection.
