Art Workshop with Sheryl Crowley

We are excited to announce a special art workshop series led by Saint John Artist-In-Residence, Sheryl Crowley. Participants of all ages will collaborate to create a permanently installed mural using various art techniques on wooden disks. This dynamic artwork will symbolize the diverse ways humans can express love and their true selves. No drawing skills or art experience needed—just bring your creativity!
 
 
Location: Carleton Community Centre.
Facilities: Accessible building, all-gender washrooms.

Dooryard Arts Festival 🏠

Woodstock’s annual Dooryard music and arts festival takes place July 17-20.

Featuring JUNO Award nominee Morgan Toney, Marcel Lebrun in conversation w/ James Mullinger, as well as Wolf Castle, Kylie Fox, Jaclyn Reinhart Band, The Hello Crows, Jason Haywood and the Goldrush, and much more!

Free entertainment includes Mr Mark, the Halifax Circus, Garrett Mason, Jesse Campbell Magic, and Nicole Rampersaud.

Other acts include NB7 Comedy, Drag Trivia, and live painting, including a kids art battle.

Art on the Bridge 🌉

Join The Spirit Project, a company of artists with and without intellectual and physical disabilities for their latest production, HEARTS ABOVE US.  An ode to the company and the realization that ‘we are better together’, the production is a multi-disciplinary explosion of art, theatre, music, and film.  Directed by Lisa Anne Ross, created and performed by the company and featuring a roster of all-star collaborators including music composition by Kylie Fox and videography by Strike Pictures, this show is a tribute to ourselves.

Moncton Street Painting Festival 🛣️

Join us as some of North America’s top street painters gather at Downtown Place to undertake giant, 2D & 3D chalk paintings over three days. They will be joined by other New Brunswick artists celebrating our inaugural theme, the History of Rock & Roll.

Moncton International Street Painting Festival

In addition to our painting zone, our festival has a Kid’s Chalk Zone running throughout the weekend with free chalk.  We also present a music stage with great local entertainment from 11am daily – it all adds up for three days of super outdoor fun in downtown Moncton with master class chalk painters.
