The Sheila Hugh Mackay Foundation will be accepting applications for their career development programs until March 1st, 2024.
The following three programs are accepting applications:
- The $8,000 Fred Ross Scholarship is available to a graduating New Brunswick student entering post secondary studies in visual art or fine craft at a recognized institution.
- The $5000 Sheila Mackay Advanced Studies Scholarship is available annually to New Brunswick residents entering a recognized graduate or doctoral program in either studio based work or in academic studies in Art History, Art Education or Art Gallery and Museum Studies
- The $10,000 Sheila Hugh Mackay International Creative Residency is available to New Brunswick professional artists for exceptional residency opportunities.
All SHMF scholarships, bursaries and residencies are awarded on the recommendation of independent qualified juries of art professionals.
