The City of Fredericton is accepting nominations for the 2024 Arts Achievement Awards.
The Arts Achievement Awards were created in 2017 to celebrate cultural achievement and excellence by individuals, organizations and/or businesses in all areas of the arts in New Brunswick’s capital city.
Hosted by the Fredericton Arts & Culture Advisory Committee, the award ceremony will take place June 12, 2024, between 5 and 7 p.m. at the auditorium of the Charlotte Street Arts Centre.
This year’s recipients will be awarded with a customized pewter pin, joining 2017 winners, The SilverFish Photography Collective and Brigitte Clavette, 2019 winners, David McKay and Matt Carter, and 2022 winners, Emma Chevarie and Deborah Burns.
Submissions should include a description of the nominee’s contribution to arts and culture in Fredericton, two letters of reference, and a sample work (if applicable).
The application deadline is May 13, 2024.
