Car-pooling is strongly encouraged for members* attending the AGM. Members whose residence is 100 km or more from the Annual General Meeting venue may apply for the following travel subsidy:
- A subsidy of $0.10/km for a member driver who is driving alone.
- A subsidy of $0.15/km for a member driver (with 1 ArtsLink NB member passenger).
- A subsidy of $0.20/km for a member driver (with 2 ArtsLink NB member passengers).
- A subsidy of $0.25/km for a member driver (with 3 or more ArtsLink NB member passengers).
*Members must be in good standing (membership paid).
Subsidies will be issued annually on a first-come, first-served basis from the organization’s “AGM Member Travel Subsidy Fund,” until such time as the fund is depleted. Amounts will be calculated on a round-trip basis.
Applicants’ and passenger’s memberships must be in good standing to be eligible for the subsidy.
Applications for the subsidy must be received within 30 days of the AGM. Applications received after this time period will not be eligible for subsidy.
