Introduction

We are working to ensure that the ArtsLink NB events are as inclusive, and accessible as possible, and we are committed to implementing the policies listed below. 

Please note that ArtsLink NB is a non-profit organization with limited funding; we acknowledge that this is an incomplete list and will continue to work to increase and improve accessibility. We welcome you to contact us at info@artslinknb.com with comments, suggestions, or questions.

General Accessibility

We are committed to holding ArtsLink NB events at venues that are physically accessible with gender-neutral washrooms. 

If an artist, presenter, or participant requires ASL interpretation, we invite you to notify us at info@artslinknb.com and we will work to provide ASL support.

Health Policy

For the well-being of any ArtsLink NB members, program participants or employees who may be chronically ill or immunocompromised, masks will be available at events and programs. We thank you in advance for your support in practising community care and recognizing our collective responsibility for community safety and wellbeing.

If you are feeling unwell, and especially if you are symptomatic, please remain home to help protect the health of our community. If the Public Health guidelines change in advance of any of our programs, all registered participants will be notified by email.

Code of Conduct

ArtsLink NB aims to host events that are widely accessible, to create spaces and practices of collective care, and to prioritize anti-oppressive principles. 

Our Code of Conduct applies to all representatives and stakeholders ArtsLink NB, including all board members, officers, and employees of ArtsLink, presenters, artists, committee members, volunteers, participating community groups and venues, sponsors, and participants.ย 

Anti-Violence and Anti-Harassment Policy

ArtsLink NB does not tolerate acts of violence and harassment in accordance with the New Brunswick Human Rights Act.
