Being an elf isn’t easy. Ginger is the only elf in North Pole history to have been fired from every job she’s tried. When Santa’s mailroom needs a last-minute replacement on December 23rd, Ginger’s sibling, the fastidious Nog, pulls some strings to get her the new position. All she has to do is open letters and run the switchboard – what could possibly go wrong?
All I Want for Christmas is a comedy full of slapstick humour and hilarious heart, sure to set your holiday season in motion.

Help us light up the trees outside of AX! Every 1$ donation lights 1 bulb on the trees standing high outside the front entrance of AX, our community arts and culture centre on Maple Avenue, right in the heart of downtown. As part of this campaign, AX will also give a portion of the proceeds to the Sussex Sharing Club’s annual food bank Christmas Drive. Whether you light 1 or 100 bulbs, you’ll be helping to raise money for local charities!
This years event is taking place on December 7, in conjunction with Old Tyme Christmas. AX will be hosting a number of activities in-house from 1pm-9pm, including the launch of our new AX Boutique. Join us for crafts, raffles, refreshments and a shopping extravaganza, and stop by and see us at the train station from 5pm-9pm as well!
It’s easy to give – you can make your donation online and recieve an instant charitable tax receipt. Donations can also be made in-person at AX. When you make a donation, we’ll also recognize your gift by putting your name on a colourful paper lightbulb, which we’ll then put on display as part of our indoor holiday decor.
