Hello World (Fredericton) Part 2 👋🏽🌍

Hello World, but revamped and re-energized, a part 2 of the concert by JTK that happened at the same venue on May 26, 2023.

Last year, it was “Hello World”, but this year, it’s Fork the World. 2023 may have had many of us in a chokehold, so this year, we’re breaking ties, letting loose, and throwing caution to the wind on a night of thrill. It will be a fun-filled night of lively performances from JTK and guests. This event is in connection to the Hello World (EP), so ensure to listen to that.

Nadia Francavilla and MusicUNB Presents Legends of Romania 🇷🇴

Embark on a musical adventure through myth, legend, and fantasy! Nadia Francavilla and Julien Leblanc present George Enescu’s sweeping and majestic Sonata No. 2 in F minor for violin and piano; complementing this well-loved and romantic work, two short pieces by Czech composer Vítězslava Kaprálová. Rounding out the program, Karol Szymanowski’s Mythes depicts ancient Greek tales of river gods and forest nymphs, while Mel Bonis’ Femmes de légende transmits, via the medium of solo piano, the stories of women whose fates have become legendary.

Join us for this mythical journey on March 13, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in the beautiful Memorial Hall, at 9 Bailey Ave. Tickets are $30 regular, or $15 for students.
