Hosted by former Third Space board member Dan Armstrong and funded in part by the Saint John Community Arts Board, this workshop explores the current world of mental health, online connections, and the stigmatism around mental health labels, such as the word “crazy.”
This free, online, evening workshop invites participants to delve into their minds, emotions, and biases surrounding mental health.

Through a guided conversation, a screening of Dan’s very own short film, and a collaborative creative session, this virtual gathering is open to everyone and anyone, regardless of age, background, or skillset.
