Be part of the Honeybee Folk School by sharing traditional knowledge, inspiring fine craft, and helping us design a regenerative future.
We offer courses in several different formats depending on the season: half-day, multi-day workshops, or 7-week night courses. We have well equipped studio spaces to suit a variety of needs and projects and instructors will have an opportunity to sell their work or tools and materials, as well as participate in additional community events throughout the festival/gathering. A mentorship program is offered to all new-to-us instructors.
In-person instructors will receive $34/h as well as a $25 material fee, for weekend workshops courses, and $50 material fee for 7-week courses, for class samples and demonstration materials used. Each course can have an additional associated material fee that will be paid by the participants to the instructor the day of the workshop.
