Michael Wood Joins ArtsLink NB Board of Directors

At our AGM in Moncton, we had a chance to welcome Michael Wood as the newest member of our board of directors. If you haven’t had a chance already, join us in welcoming him to ArtsLink NB!


Michael is a dedicated ceramist who incorporates both human and physical geography into his work, creating functional and sculptural pieces. His gestural style often features local geology in a palette of black, white, and ecru, exploring themes of humanity, nature, and connection.

Caroline Walker, Bernard Quintal, and Zamantha Zarate Finish Their Terms on ArtsLink NB’s Board of Directors

We would like to thank Caroline Walker, Bernard Quintal, and Zamantha Zarate for their service to the board of ArtsLink NB and their ongoing dedication to the arts in New Brunswick. For the past several years, Caroline and Bernard served as directors, and Zamantha as our treasurer. We appreciate all you have done!

Of special note is the fact that Caroline Walker is one of the founders of ArtsLink NB!

ArtsLink NB AGM 2024 🗓️

ArtsLink NB’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday, October 20, starting at 9 am in the Kent Room at the Crowne Plaza, Moncton (1005 Main St, Moncton, NB).

Join us for breakfast as we look back at an extraordinary year of arts in NB and look forward to the exciting projects and programming ArtsLink is planning for the year ahead. This event is taking place during the Arts Atlantic Symposium.

Summer might be coming to an end, and Third Shift 2020 is over, but there is still plenty on the go at Third Space this fall! Here are a few upcoming events to cheer you up on this rainy day.
Third Space Gallery’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 14 at 7 pm, at the Imperial Theatre. We will share what we’ve been doing, what are the plans are for the upcoming years, get suggestions from our members, and answer all your questions. We’re also looking for expressions of interests for our board of directors. More information can be found below.

Learn how to taxidermy a mouse in this hands-on workshop with Cheryl Johnson aka Back River Lady!

At the end of this workshop, you will go home with your very own taxidermied mouse and all the knowledge needed to do it again.

– No previous experience needed. Basic sewing skills would be beneficial. All supplies provided (mouse included).

Cheryl Johnson has been a teacher since 2006 and taxidermist since 2015. She will show you step-by-step all the cuts and snips required to make one-of-a-kind creations!
