Contract: 6-month contract, with possibility for renewal

ArtsLink NB is the province-wide arts service organization dedicated to supporting, connecting, and advocating for New Brunswick’s professional artists and arts organizations. Through programs like CATAPULT, mentorship, residencies, Creative Wellbeing, professional development workshops, and the Arts Atlantic Symposium, we help artists thrive and strengthen the cultural landscape of our province.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Programming Coordinator to help deliver ArtsLink’s programs and support artists across New Brunswick. This role involves program coordination, administration, and communications, as well as opportunities to facilitate workshops and sessions. Reporting to the Programming Director, you’ll work closely with the entire ArtsLink team to make sure our programming is impactful, accessible, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of ArtsLink NB programs (training, residencies, mentorships, gatherings, and special projects).
- Coordinate logistics such as schedules, venues, travel, accommodations, and materials.
- Database management and administration
- Facilitate or co-facilitate select workshops, sessions, or artist engagement activities.
- Collect and organize program data and feedback for evaluation and reporting.
- Assist with grant writing and report development
- Work with the communications team to promote programs and share updates.
- Collaborate with staff to strengthen ArtsLink’s reach and impact across New Brunswick.
Qualifications
- Strong background in the arts (professional practice, arts administration, or related experience).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and facilitation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within New Brunswick.
- Familiarity with digital tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, WordPress)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Saint John, with flexibility for remote work. Some evenings, weekends, and provincial travel may be required depending on program schedules.
