Important Information:
- Limited tables available: Secure your spot early, as space is limited.
- Registration deadline: Register by September 30 to ensure your table.
- Bring Your Own Payment System: Please ensure you bring your own payment system for transactions.
- Each participant is responsible for securing their materials.
- Each participant is responsible for their own set up and tear down: This includes transporting all items, arranging your display in time for the start time of 9 am, and ensuring everything is packed up and removed from the space by 3pm on Saturday, 19 October
- Refunds: Please note that refunds for the marketplace will only be issued for cancellations made before September 30. Requests for refunds must be submitted by this date to ensure proper processing. Requests received after 30 Sept. will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
