Join in ArtsLink NB’s virtual reading of Trifles, a murder mystery by Susan Glaspell.
The play should take roughly an hour to read, with time remaining for discussion and networking with fellow readers.
This event is open to all ArtsLink members, including professional performers, artists from other disciplines, and friends of the arts with little or no experience. Sign up for roles on a first come, first served basis. Performers are welcome to choose any role regardless of age, gender, ability, or any other defining features of the character they wish to read.
The read-through is not open to an audience.

The read-through is guest hosted by performer and ArtsLink NB board member, Bridget Bezanson. Bridget is a working actor and member of Canadian Actors’ Equity and ACTRA.
Registration Details
- Email an expression of interest, with TRIFLES in the subject line, to amy@artslinknb.com by 11:59pm Thursday March 19, 2026 to receive a copy of the script, and instructions for role sign-ups.
- Read through the script, and select your role via the online form provided in response to your expression of interest by 11:59pm, Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
- You will receive confirmation of your role and a link for the online read-through on Wednesday, March 25th.
