Klondike Institute of Art & Culture (KIAC) at Dënäkär Zho in Dawson City, Yukon, is now accepting proposals from visual artists and curators working in all media for the KIAC Artist in Residence Program.

The KIAC Artist in Residence Program accommodates two artists concurrently – for research, development and production of ongoing or new bodies of work.

Residencies are from 4 – 12 weeks in duration from May 2025 through March 2026 (April is reserved for Short Film Festival residencies, which is a separate application process). Artists are provided shared living facilities with individual studio space and bedroom at no cost. Participants are responsible for all travel and personal expenses including food and materials related to their work.

Consideration will be given to professional, established and emerging Canadian and international artists.
