Call for Jurors – Core Funding Program 2022-2025

Are you an arts and/or cultural professional interested in making a difference? We are looking for jurors!
The Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture invites nominations or applications from arts and cultural professionals in New Brunswick and elsewhere to serve as jurors to evaluate applications for the 2022-25 Core Funding Program. The Department takes an inclusive approach to the juror selection process and would like to especially encourage applications from BIPOC, newcomer, LGBTQ2IA+ and diverse arts professionals.
The Core Funding Program supports New Brunswick non-profit organizations in the following categories:
- A Component: Medium & Large Production/Presentation and Arts Service Organizations
- B Component: Small Production/Presentation and Arts Service Organizations
- C Component: Community Cultural Centres
Juries decide which applicants should receive grants; they also recommend the amount of each grant.
The Department selects jurors based on a balanced representation of regional and cultural diversity, New Brunswick’s two official languages, and the mix of arts disciplines represented by the applications submitted to the program. Preference will be given to jurors with prior jury experience.
Juror Application and Consent Form
Please submit the Juror Application and Consent Form to the Department of Tourism, Heritage and Culture by December 1, 2021.
