Members enjoy access to all our programs, professional development, a health insurance plan, and AGM travel subsidies. Stay connected to peers, events, news, and advocacy efforts that strengthen New Brunswick’s arts sector.

You’ll also receive a subscription to our bi-weekly newsletter and occasional members-only emails with your membership.

Artist Members

Artist memberships are for individuals (or collectives) whose primary residence is in New Brunswick, is actively practicing in any artistic field in return for remuneration, has specialized or equivalent training or holds traditional knowledge in their discipline(s), and who is recognized by their peers.

Artists can indicate their current level of practice: Student, Emerging, or Professional

Artists can choose to sign up for our pay-what-you-can membership for a flexible payment amount.

Arts Organizations

This membership is for any corporation (whether for-profit or not-for-profit) or association of two or more people with its primary office in New Brunswick that supports artists and their activities. This could be through advocacy, grants, sponsorships or other means.

Organization members are required to name a proxy, for purposes of voting at any meeting of members.

Friends of the Arts

This membership is for individuals who are interested in the support and advancement of the arts in New Brunswick or represent a corporation or association that is interested in the support and advancement of the arts in New Brunswick.

As a provincial entity, ArtsLink NB acknowledges that it carries out its work on the traditional unceded territory of the Wolastoqiyik, Mi’kmaq, and Peskotomuhkati Peoples. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship” which these nations first signed with the British Crown in 1726. The treaties did not deal with the surrender of lands and resources, but in fact, recognized Mi’kmaq and Wolastoqiyik title and established the rules for what was to be an ongoing relationship between nations. 

We, the members of ArtsLink NB, pay respect to the descendants of this land and to the elders — past and present. We honour the knowledge keepers and seek guidance as we strive to develop closer relationships with the Indigenous People in this land that is called New Brunswick.
