Our 2018/19 has begun!

ArtsLink’s Start to Finish workshop series takes artists through steps to access professional opportunities, and succeed in their careers. In particular, this project is aimed at increasing the number of artists pursuing grants and residency opportunities, to succeed in their applications, and to develop and reach new audiences. Key components to success include writing skills and developing a professional CV, clear understanding of the purpose and variety of residency opportunities, and audience development through social media engagement.

Writing a professional CV is an essential skill for artists of all disciplines to develop and is important for applying for grants, shows, residencies etc.
Facilitated by John Murchie, our workshop will demystify the expectations and standards of CV development and will walk participants through the process.
Building on the feedback and success of a workshop we offered in previous years, (Writing for a Grant I & II), this course will narrow in on the specifics of CV writing. During the course of the class, participants will write, format, and complete a professional quality Curriculum Vitae.

Registration is required, email: info@artslinknb.com to attend.

Workshops are FREE for ArtsLink Members, and $50.00 for non-members.
