In this workshop, we are exploring mindfulness techniques that get you into flow and will be highlighting how to use compassion to be more creative.
Designed to get you out of your head and into your art, we will be exploring various enjoyable exercises that boost productivity as well as a new perspective that transforms your relationship with negative self talk and self sabotage, allowing you to create and express yourself freely.
Opposite of stuck is movement.

Anne is a mindfulness coach, content creator and co-founder of It’s OK to be Awesome, a mental wellness program for children. Passionate about how self-compassion helps us unleash our truest selves, Anne has been using this platform to help children, families, and communities take a more loving approach to themselves and each other. Anne is also a sound healer, using her voice to heal and uplift through vocal sound baths, a voice actor and writer.
