Originally commissioned as an electro-dub project for HJB in the early 2000’s to great acclaim, the project resurrected in the mid 2000’s with slightly different direction – Roots, Rock, Reggae, Dub.  A direction that saw Dub Antenna cornerstone a musical institution in the Capital City for the following 15 years with their weekly Wednesday night residency “Reggae Night”.

Committed to learning the trads of roots dub/reggae the collective, at times a dozen members strong, remained focused on similar goals; less is more, learn the rules before you break them…  An essential approach in the early days no doubt, but after years of Reggae Nights and solid footing, the DA catalogue evolved as has their sound in ways which can only be defined by their almost two decades of playing together.  While still paying homage to roots/reggae classics be sure to expect DA versions that will topple the house!!!
