Andrew & Laura McCain Art Gallery: Eat It Up: Artist Talk & Tea

We are keeping the momentum of this exhibition going by inviting you, your family and friends to an informal Artist Talk & Tea where you can hear the stories, ideas and artistic process behind each artists’ tiny art works.
This event was inspired and grew from the telling of the journeys several artists took leading them down the path to their finished art pieces. It was this idea that their creation process needed to be shared with the exhibitions larger audience that this event is now happening. These stories play a significant role in the message presented by this exhibition and the conversation it seeks to start within our community – that small is powerful and that New Brunswick artists have strength and talent to match any other region in Canada, and the world.

The talk will take place on Thursday June 16 from 6-8pm at the Andrew & Laura McCain Art Gallery, with light refreshments and tea served. You are invited to enjoy an informal presentation on each of the works, how each artist came about them, and how they tie into the message of the exhibition.
